The Ministry of Economic Development and Investment of the Samara Region and the Samara State Economic University have agreed on a memorandum of cooperation in the implementation of the national project "Small and medium-sized enterprises and the support of individual entrepreneurial initiative" in the region.
The agreement was reached following the results of the first stage of the strategic marathon on national projects - a unique public forum initiated by the SSEU.
“The marathon is a communication platform for a broad discussion of ways to implement and develop national projects. The task of the participants is to generate new directions for the development of national projects: to consider what problems both society and entrepreneurs face,” explained Svetlana Ashmarina, rector of SSEU.
The first stage of the strategic marathon on national projects with the support of the governor of the Samara region Dmitry Azarov started on July 25, 2019 at the venue of the Volga 2.0 Youth Forum. Within one day, the marathon participants conducted a series of developmental events, discussed in an informal meeting the strategic tasks facing the Samara Region, developed concrete proposals for the implementation of national projects in the region.
So, in relation to the national project “Small and medium-sized enterprises and support of individual entrepreneurial initiatives”, the participants of the first stage of the strategic marathon proposed not only to develop loyalty programs for entrepreneurs, but also to create a multi-level school-university-business platform, as well as a single platform for the exchange of experience and online checklists for basic business processes. Finalists defended their projects in front of the Minister of Economic Development and Investment of the Samara Region Dmitry Bogdanov, who took an active part in the discussion of projects and proposed additional ways to solve the challenges.
With the support of the Government of the Samara Region, the SSEU plans to organize regular public thematic forums. The next stage of the marathon is planned to be held in October 2019. It will be dedicated to the national project "Science".
